Jorge Mendoza became a music lover and student at an early age. He performed with numerous symphony orchestras in Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and the United States. He completed his music education at the Manhattan School of Music located in New York City. As a professional violinist he has performed in venues throughout Miami and New York City.
Jorge Mendoza has completed various courses in computer music applications and in the use of the MIDI system at the New School University. |
He continues to explore the rich variety of sounds and expressive forms made available through contemporary technology. Jorge Mendoza is also the proud parent of two sons and a daughter, all of whom play the violin.
